Better late than never.
Some days craaaaaaawl…but the months consistently fly by.
Here is a look back at February, which went by in a blink.
On my birthday I got out for a few hours and took a little hike by myself (happy birthday to me!).
We don't get a lot of good clouds around here on account of us having no real weather to speak of
…unless you count the mostly always perfect weather (72, sunny, clear skies).
I got really excited to see these overhead on my outing.
Love it when I can capture full out smiles and laughing…even if a bit blurry.
Our annual trip to Big Bear did not include any snow this year, but it was great just the same.
Community Serve Day at our church.
One Sunday a year we don't hold church services, and instead the whole church heads out throughout the county to help and serve. I love our church!
These fabulous little gardeners assisted in clearing a space for new landscaping at a local post office.
Recently I had a "get mommy out of here and away from these (amazingly wonderful) children and this (very lovely, yet always messy) house" moment. An ugly moment. The kind of moment where your husband says to you at 3pm, "Just stay out until the kids are put to bed." He didn't have to twist my arm.
I went for a walk on the beach and got to experience THIS spectacular sunset, green flash and all.
Man, I needed that sunset.
Sunsets are centering and spiritual for me, and my itty-bitty stresses always seem to fade away with the light.
